At QBookPro (operated by WHITE SHELL LTD), all of our products are digital PDF crochet patterns delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Because of the nature of digital content, our refund policy works as follows.
Your 14-day cancellation right and immediate delivery
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content this right ends once the download or delivery of the content begins with your consent. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital files and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right to cancel once the content has been delivered.
If you purchase a pattern and have not yet downloaded or accessed it, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, email info@myquickbooks.shop with your order number.
Faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your pattern file:
- is corrupted, incomplete or won't open,
- differs materially from its product description, or
- was never delivered to you,
please contact us at info@myquickbooks.shop with your order number and a description of the problem. We will first attempt to repair or replace the file (for example, by resending a working copy). If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of our confirmation, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Change of mind after download
Because digital files cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong pattern where the description was accurate, or difficulty level preferences, once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Please read the product description, skill level and materials list carefully before purchasing.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're unhappy with a pattern for any reason, contact us — we will always try to put things right, whether that's extra guidance through our Pattern Support service, a replacement pattern, or another fair solution.
