Stuck on a stitch? We've got you.
Every QBookPro pattern comes with free, friendly pattern support. If anything in your pattern isn't clear — a stitch, an abbreviation, a count that doesn't add up on your hook — we'll help you personally until you're back on track.
How to get help
- Email info@myquickbooks.shop with:
- the name of the pattern,
- the row/round or step you're stuck on,
- a short description of what's happening (a photo of your work helps a lot!).
- We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time).
What we can help with
- Explaining any stitch, abbreviation or technique used in our patterns
- Clarifying instructions, stitch counts and sizing
- Yarn substitution advice
- Resending lost or corrupted files
- Print/display problems with your PDF
Quick self-help tips
- Every pattern includes a stitch abbreviations guide near the beginning — most questions are answered there.
- Count your stitches at the end of each row/round; catching a missed stitch early saves a lot of unravelling.
- Our patterns use US crochet terms (e.g. US "single crochet" = UK "double crochet").
There's no such thing as a silly question — we'd rather you ask than give up on your project. Happy crocheting! 🧶
