2. What data we collect

  • Order data: your name, email address, billing details and order history, collected when you make a purchase.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full payment card details; PayPal processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
  • Support data: information you provide when contacting us by email or phone.
  • Marketing data: your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and browsing behaviour on our Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies through our platform provider, Shopify (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • To process your order and deliver your digital files — performance of a contract.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
  • To keep records for accounting and tax purposes — legal obligation.
  • To send our newsletter, only if you have opted in — consent (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure — legitimate interests.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders), PayPal (payment processing), and email delivery services used to send order and download emails. These providers act under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers (such as Shopify) may process data outside the UK; where this happens, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after resolution.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
